Tony Walton |
Tony provides a wide range of management and interpersonal skills training as well as specialist training and consultancy in the areas of quality, environmental and business process management. Tony's career includes ten years in the petroleum industry, working in South East Asia, Australasia, Africa and Europe, and more than fifteen years as a management consultant and trainer working in the UK public sector and throughout a broad range of industries in the UK and overseas. Key clients in the UK have included: the Inland Revenue; HM Customs and Excise; the NSPCC; the MOD; HM Fire Service Inspectorate; Fire Services in East Sussex, Cheshire, Leicestershire and Surrey; Local Authorities in Coventry, Southwark and Solihull, Seeboard; Rexel; BP and Shell. Overseas customers have included: EU TACIS (Russia and Kazakhstan); The Turkish Standards Institute; The Belgrade Chamber of Commerce (FRY); Energogas (FRY); Force Technology (Denmark); Shell International Petroleum (Netherlands). |

has over 25 years experience in language education and training and development.
She has extensive experience of providing teacher-training courses overseas,
in countries as diverse as the She
is a training and development practitioner and has worked for the NHS and in
private sector organisations in areas of personal development. She
has a particular interest and expertise in intercultural relations and has
helped clients develop strategies for communicating effectively within culturally
diverse organisations. Janet has an MA in Applied Linguistics and is CIPD qualified in Training and Development. She is co-author of Presenting for Professionals (Teach Yourself series, due out early 2003). |
